Follow the simple instructions on this form or call one of our Customer Care associates for assistance at (877) 563-4164. You will be notified in writing when your first payment should draft.

Impound/Escrow Account for Insurance and Taxes
An escrow or impound account is where MMS collects an amount in addition to your monthly principal and interest payment to pay your home owners insurance and property taxes as they become due. Verification of Mortgage
If you are applying for credit with another company, you may be asked to verify that you have a mortgage and that the loan is in good standing. We provide several options for requesting your verification of mortgage. To request a verification of mortgage online, log on to the My Account page and choose the Verification of Mortgage link. To request a verification of mortgage over the phone call (877) 563-4164 and our automated account information menu will guide you through the process. To order a verification of mortgage via mail send your request to the mailing address below.

Year-End Tax Information
Madison Management Services, LLC will mail your IRS form 1098 Mortgage Interest Statement by the end of January of the following year. A copy will be sent to the IRS.
